A RTI complaint was filed with the human rights commission of India to as the pain endured by the harmless woman made it difficult to do any work at all, PIO/2005/RTI/61008 in January 2015. The information requested was
1. details of radiation/directed energy weapons owned by government agencies
2.Under what circumstances have they been used on harmless civilians
3.How to find out the name of the person attacking with these weapons
4. Measures implemented to prevent abuse of power by the officials controlling the weapons
A.K.Shrimali,Assistant registrar, Law, and Mr Sunil Arora replied saying that they had no information available. though these weapons cause great pain, headache, bodyache, memory loss to the engineer daily.
The complaint was transferred to ministry of home affairs MHOME/R/2015/80060. Mr V.K .Rajan, Deputy Secretary (E), Ministry of Home affairs, Grih Mantralaya, replied that the information was not available with them.
